Registration fee is $100.00 (triple occupancy)
This registration fee covers lodging for three nights and all meals from lunch on Tuesday through lunch on Friday.
Registration forms are due by June 10, 2005 or until filled. We recommend you register early as space is limited to 40 participants.
In consideration of the Fiscal calendar, you may submit your registration fees after July 1, but no later than July 8th. Please make checks out to Edmonds Community College. If needed, the tax ID number for Edmonds CC is 91-082-5212.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds of registration fees will be given for cancellations after July 15th. (We are responsible for the total cost of $445 pp to the site after July 15.) However, your registration may be transferred to another person from your institution until July 22nd.
