The MAC project supports faculty from high schools in the Edmonds School District #15, from community and technical colleges, and from four-year colleges and universities in Washington State.
Interdisciplinary teams of faculty including non-math faculty and a math mentor are encouraged to attend. See Course & Projects for a list of current MAC projects. Examples of disciplines incorporating math and/or quantitative reasoning include Anthropology, Art, Art History, Biology, English, Environmental Science, History, Physics, Political Science, and Sociology.
Mathematics faculty who want to enrich their math courses by incorporating Ethnomathematics are also encouraged to attend.
