The MAC project supports faculty from
high schools in the Edmonds School District #15, from community and
technical colleges, from four-year colleges and universities in Washington
State.
Interdisciplinary teams of faculty
including non-math faculty and a math mentor are encouraged to attend.
(In the past non-math faculty from the following disciplines have created
projects: Anthropology, Art, Art History, Biology, Education, English,
Environmental Science, History, Physics, Political Science, Sociology.)
Mathematics faculty who want to enrich
their math courses by incorporating Ethnomathematics are also encouraged to
attend.
